The Annor Boateng Scholarship
Eligibility
Senior at Little Rock Central High School.
Student-Athlete who participates in basketball or band.
At least 10 hours of community service.
GPA of 2.8 or above
Intent to be in a post-high school program (trade school, community college, Junior college or 4 year college).
Application materials
Short essay - Why should we select you for this scholarship (no more than 1 page or 500 words).
A letter from your school counselor indicating that you have met the requirements for high school graduation.
Letter of recommendation from a teacher, mentor, or impactful person in your life.
Acceptance into a post-high school program to start in the fall.
Award amount:
We will disperse up to 3 - $500 scholarships: 1 for Band, 1 for the women and 1 for the men basketball teams. Awardees will receive funds AFTER they register/start the program. Funds will be paid to the school.
